EXHIBITOR TABLES

This year The Westin Austin at The Domain can accommodate 22 exhibitor tables. Exhibitor tables will be made available and table location selection will occur in the following order:

Platinum Sponsors will have the first option on an Exhibitor Table. Table location selection will be in the order of the date of sponsorship payment relative to the other Platinum Sponsors.

Gold Sponsors will have the next option on a Table. After all Platinum selections have been made, remaining Table location selection will be in the order of the date of sponsorship payment relative to the other Gold Sponsors.

The additional event Sponsorship Opportunities will be awarded on a first come basis.
