Exhibitor Tables

This year’s venue can facilitate 14 exhibitor tables.  Exhibitor tables will be made available and table location selection will occur in the following order:

  • Platinum Sponsors will have the first option on an Exhibitor Table.  Table location selection will be in the order of the date of sponsorship payment relative to the other Platinum Sponsors.

  • Gold Sponsors will have the next option on a Table.  After all Platinum selections have been made, remaining Table location selection will be in the order of the date of sponsorship payment relative to the other Gold Sponsors.

  • Silver Sponsors will have the next option on a Table (if available).  After all Platinum and Gold selections have been made, remaining Table location selection will be in the order of the date of sponsorship payment relative to the other Silver Sponsors.

  • Bronze Sponsors will have the next option on a Table (if any remain available).  After all Platinum, Gold, and Silver selections have been made, remaining Table availability and location selection will be in the order of the date of sponsorship payment relative to the other Bronze Sponsors.
